Job Title: Senior Director of Marketing, AI

Position Summary: The Director of Marketing of AI will utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to optimize and enhance marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technology and its applications within marketing, along with exceptional data analysis and communication skills.

You will guide the overall marketing strategy for our fast-paced AI start-up. As a team member, you will be responsible for scaling our marketing efforts and building a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Leverage AI to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • AI Implementation: Oversee the implementation of AI technologies within the marketing department, ensuring they meet business needs and are used effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, AI specialists, and other marketing professionals to execute strategies and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Use AI to track marketing campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Reporting: Communicate results and insights to stakeholders clearly and clearly.
  • Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest AI and digital marketing developments, and incorporate relevant trends into strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or data science are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and data analysis. Prior experience with AI and machine learning technologies is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and AI technologies. Familiarity with AI platforms, tools, and programming languages like Python or R is preferred. HuggingFaces, and other AI tools.
  • Marketing Skills: Deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including customer segmentation, brand management, and digital marketing channels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, focusing on using AI to solve business problems and improve marketing outcomes.
  • System environments include Google AI, Mircosoft AI, and IBM Wastonx.
