We are a cutting-edge AI Digital Marketing Agency based in Burlington, Vermont, seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic President to lead the agency. 

As the President, you will drive the strategic direction of our business, set the vision for our AI-driven marketing solutions, and build a culture of innovation, client service excellence, and performance. This is not your traditional digital marketing agency or an inbound marketing agency.

Responsibilities for the AI digital marketing agency president:

1. Establish the agency’s strategic goals and objectives, collaborating with other senior leaders.
2. Drive the development and execution of innovative AI-driven digital marketing solutions that deliver client success.
3. Develop an organization’s positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the agency’s services deliver maximum value.
5. Ensure the agency’s financial performance by overseeing budgets, driving revenue, and managing costs.
6. Represent the agency in the media and at industry events, positioning it as a leader in AI-driven digital marketing.
7. Lead and inspire the team to achieve their best work, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
8. Work with the legal and compliance team to ensure all marketing efforts adhere to industry regulations and data privacy standards.

Qualifications for the AI digital marketing agency president:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior role within a digital marketing agency or related field.
• Deep understanding of AI and its applications in digital marketing.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
