Job Title: Group, Director of MatrixAI – Location: Burlington, Vermont

Summary:

The Group, Director of MatrixAI, is responsible for the branding consulting agency’s overall leadership and strategic direction. This includes setting the company’s vision and mission, developing and executing business plans, managing the company’s finances, and building and maintaining a high-performing team with rapid revenue growth. 

We seek an exceptional candidate with a distinguished history of propelling growth in consulting businesses or design agencies. Key qualifications include an innate grasp of the branding and marketing industry and an unwavering dedication to achieving remarkable outcomes. We want someone who can marry human-centric design with the power of generative AI. You see, by 2030, AI will generate all movies. And that maybe in a customizable experience made just for you and served in 5 minutes or less.

Design theory application is a must because we use it in omnichannel environments. We would love to hear your thoughts about typography and color theory to user experience and information architecture. For us, we value the customer experience (that includes all stakeholders). 

In addition, community engagement and development is a major plus as we engage with the community to bring AI to Vermont and globally with new technology and innovation center bud.

As we introduce industry cloud platforms, platform engineering, super apps, adaptive AI, applied observability, and the potential for the metaverse (though not in the immediate 5-year timeframe), your practice managers and line of business managers will be actively engaged and occupied. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in the branding marketing industry, with a track record of success in growing startups
