Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the strategic and operational leader of Matrix Marketing Group. This individual will be responsible for setting the company’s vision, driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Operational Excellence

Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in marketing, advertising, or digital transformation, with at least 7 years in a C-suite or executive role.
- Proven experience scaling a marketing agency or professional services organization.
- Strong understanding of AI, martech, and data analytics in driving marketing outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L, driving profitability, and achieving growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
